Lumpiang Ubod

Ingrdients
4 c. ubod, sliced into strips
1 c. pork cut into cubes
3/4 c. shrimps, shelled
1/2 c, fat
1 tbsps.patis
1/2tbsp. garlic, minced
2 midium-sized onions, sliced fine salt and sugar

Procedure
Renderthe fat from the pork and until meat is slightly brown.Set
aside.
Soute garlic and onionsin the fat.Add the shrimp juice.Stir until it boils to prevent curdling, then then add the ubod.Simmer until ubod tender.Add a little salt sugar to taste.Cool.
Wrap in lumpia wrapper over leaf or fresh lettuce about 1 1/2tbsps.of the cooked mixture.Insrt a sprig of parsley and serve with lupia sauce.
